The legal age for the sale of cannabis in Ontario is 19+. Anyone who visits must have ID ready and keep it handy. If you look under 30 we will ask for ID.

Exchanges are available in the following circumstances:
1) You purchased an incorrect size or piece for your glass or vaporizer.
We will do a direct exchange for the same item in the correct size.
2) A product is unused and defective out of the box (like a vaporizer or any other electronic product). If there is no resolution or fix available, we will exchange for the same item that is non-defective.
3) A product is used and not working (like a vaporizer or electronic product) but has an in-store warranty. If there is no resolution or fix available, we will exchange for the same item that is non-defective.
Before anything happens, we will first troubleshoot the issue (what can we say? Sometimes we have the magic touch!) We will then determine the next course of action.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt (either original or email copy). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
All other products are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
For manufacturer warranties:
You must retain your original receipt (or a copy we emailed you). Manufacturers warranties apply when a product is used and not working (like a vaporizer or electronic product) but has a manufacturer warranty (usually outlined in the instructions). Most manufacturers choose to handle their own warranties and may send a replacement to you directly, or send the replacement to us (depending on the manufacturer). They will direct you where to go and what to do.
We are happy to help troubleshoot the product for you to avoid initiating this process if possible. Just come on in!
For in-store warranties:
We honour in-store warranties issued by 420 Kingston. No problem.
If you have a defective product that has an in-store warranty (Herbva, Utillian 420 or 421) bring it back to the shop and we will first troubleshoot the device. If there is no simple solution we will replace it for you. You must have both the receipt and box to claim an in-store warranty.

We honour any 420 Kingston in-store warranties.
Coupons are able to be used one at a time and one per customer. Coupons may be used in-store or online (unless otherwise specified on the coupon).
Customers must be 19+ to enter the store (the legal age in Ontario). Online orders will be shipped to customers who are the legal age to buy cannabis products in their province. Please see shipping section for additional details.
Yes. We will offer delivery for as long as we're allowed to. As a Covid-19 measure, cannabis stores have been temporarily granted the ability to deliver cannabis if they choose. So far, this is a temporary move from the province to help flatten the curve.
Why yes, we do! No order minimums, we are just happy to have your business!
We have 2 delivery times, and cut offs for each.
Early Delivery: Complete your order by 12:00 PM, and we'll deliver between 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM.
Late Delivery: Complete your order by 4:20 PM and we'll deliver between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you order after 4:20 PM, you will receive your order the following day during Early Delivery.
If there is no answer when we knock, or if we have trouble finding your house, our driver will call you. If you miss your delivery, or there is no adult able to accept on your behalf, your order will be returned to the store and be available for pick up. We will not re-attempt to deliver your order.
We don't deliver on holidays. If you order after hours or on a holiday, we'll deliver the next day during Early Delivery.
All payments are completed at the time of purchase online. Our drivers do not accept any form of payment.
Click + Collect is super easy! Just submit your order online, and it will be ready for pick up within an hour!
A few things:
-Orders received after 7:10 PM will be ready for pick up the next day by 11:30 AM.
-The person placing the order must also be the person picking the order up, and you must have your order number handy.
When you arrive at the store, once you are done shopping (in case you needed to pick up any accessories) go to the priority Click + Collect pick up queue (the centre line). Then you just show your ID and order number and your order will be processed from there. If you prepaid with credit card, they will just hand it over, if not, you are next in line for one of the cashiers.
With Click + Collect you have the option to prepay by credit card so you can just pick up and go or you can pay with cash/debit/credit when you arrive. Click + Collect have an express line so you will be processed quickly either way.
Yes we do! Just let our door person that you are here for a curbside and we will bring the order out to you.
Because AGCO regulations require us to give you your delivery on camera, you must be at our front door to receive your Curbside Pick Up.
